Sensei Ruddock Course Dec 08
We are very pleased to announce the return of Sensei Alan Ruddock. Sensei Ruddock was fortunate to train in the Hombu dojo whilst O Sensei was still alive. His courses are always a huge learning experience and shouldn'y be missed! He will be visiting us on the 6th and 7th of December to share his knowledge and experience of the art. Easter Grading Course
Saturday 14th and Sunday15th April. Sat 10-4pm, Sun 12-4.30pm. Saturday will include adult gradings, traditional aikido techniques and weapons work. Sunday is something a little different! A chance to integrate kicks and punches within aikido techniques. This will invole use of focus pads, bag work and a circuit style training. Cost of the weekend is £20 for adults, £10 for under 16's/students/unemployed. Please see your instructor for a course booking form.
Sensei Ruddock course a hit.
Thanks to everyone who took part in making the Sensei Ruddock course a huge success. It was an extremely enjoyable weekend and such a learning experience. One I am sure we will repeat soon!

24 June 2006 - Congratulations to all the children for passing their next grades - Sensei Paul, Sensei Derek, Sensei Jeff and Sensei Clare (as well as Sensei Ted) were extremely impressed with all your hard work and the demonstration of great aikido techniques. Well done again!
